Refund and Return Policy
We want you to love your PROVEN Skincare System and the results you see in your skin. While we do not accept returns, we're happy to address any questions or concerns with your current formulations and/or suggest changes to your routine or products within 35 days of purchase per our Return & Reformulation Policy. Our Customer Care team will work with you to help reformulation your PROVEN Skincare System product(s) and process a free replacement order at no additional cost.
If you would like to work with our team to refine your routine and/or products before canceling your subscription, please reach out to our team of skin experts at care@provenskincare.com with details of your concern and, if you're comfortable, a photo for assessment.
Subscription Cancellation Policy
We're honored you've chosen PROVEN Skincare, and we'd love to continue to serve your skincare needs. We'd also love for you to keep your subscription along with all your subscription benefits, which include a 35% discount on each order, free shipping, access to your PROVEN Dashboard, and direct connection with your dedicated Skin Expert.
We encourage you to reach out to our Care Team at via chat or email at care@provenskincare.com before canceling your subscription if you need help with your formulations, as we do have options, and we would love to help!Â
However, if you would still like to cancel your subscription you may do so by logging into your account and completing the subscription cancellation under ‘Cancel My Subscription’. You must complete the survey in full. If you do not complete the survey to the end, your account will not be canceled.
You'll receive an email confirming your subscription has been canceled within 24 hours of completing the cancelation survey.
